a. that, our product is a newly released mobile application to be in use in the Republic of Kenya only.

Huduma SMS (“Us” or “We” or “Our”) is committed to respecting the privacy rights of its users, customers, visitors, and users of its mobile applications and website, as well as its related Products and Services. We created this Privacy Policy to inform you and provide necessary disclosures regarding our collection, use and sharing of information when you use Our Products and Services.

To provide you with Our Products and Services, we must collect and process information about you. For the purpose of registration, you provide us with identifying information, including your business name, phone number and username. The suffix Azana.ke is the intended trademark and business name for Huduma SMS and other products and services.

Customer information is not shared with a third party.

Use of our products in a way that breaks the rule of law and the Constitution of the country of residence might lead to our cooperation with government policy to provide evidence where our product is involved.

4. Transmission of data to our server and storage

Huduma SMS (“Us” or “We” or “Our”) state:

a. That, our customer information is transmitted securely to our server and safely stored. In case of any breach of our security, we shall contact the affected customers in the immediate time. Customers have the right to inquire about suspicious breach reports at hamzatwaleb@gmail.com.

b. That our customers have the right to request for the data stored in our server be sent to them or be deleted completely, through the current communication channel at hamzatwaleb@gmail.com.

5. Application Permission Request

Huduma SMS (“Us” or “We” or “Our”) state:

a. That, our product is for sending text SMS messages through the mobile phone. The application will request permission to access phone contacts and also the permission to send SMS messages through the phone default SMS sim when opted by the user.

b. That, user can deny contact access permission and prefer typing phone numbers in the contact box or attach a file that contains list of contacts.

c. That, user can deny permission to send SMS by default sim and just use the options to use other online SMS provider options as available or added by the user.

6. Application Payment

Huduma SMS (“Us” or “We” or “Our”) state or declare:

a. That, Huduma SMS app is free to install (download) to the device.

b. That, Huduma SMS app is Paid on Business Subscription Mode, while is Free-of-charge Subscription on Basic Mode

c. That, payment procedure guideline is provided in the application side menu view.

d. That, payment amount might change in future.

7. Policy Updates and Modifications

Huduma SMS (“Us” or “We” or “Our”) state or declare:

a. That, we may update or modify this policy from time to time.

b. That, we shall make the latest policy on this site and give notice on the applications.
